This is simply hilarious. . . the video quality is pretty bad, and the sound a bit muffled, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. A couple of homeschooled boys have fun performing their interpretation of Pride and Prejudice at the NCFCA homeschool speech competition.
I laughed so much, they were so funny! I wonder, they must have written the skit themselves and come up with all the hand motions too. Wow! I love the scene where Mr Darcy first proposes to Elizabeth. What fun! Thanks for posting! :)
ReplyDeleteVery funny! I wonder if those two would consider doing more Austen adaptations? I'd pay them! :)
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you both enjoyed it! :-D Yeah, the handmotions were so funny. . . I love the dance moves, too.
ReplyDeleteCharleybrown - absolutely, I think they should do adaptations of all 6 novels! ;-)
That was absolutely hilarious!!! They did it so well!
ReplyDeleteI agree, they should do more Austen adaptations!
Thanks for posting this!
Hi,
ReplyDeleteI got to actually watch them in person. It was outrageous! Thanks for posting.
LOL :D
ReplyDeletevery funny... hehe!!!
Anonymous - lucky you!!! It's great seeing it on video, but I'm sure it would have been 100 times better to see it person. . .
ReplyDeleteJen, Aurora - I'm glad you liked it! :-)
This is such a funny video! These boys go to our church... Their sister helped them compress the story down to 10 minutes. :)

I know! On the S&S forum, where I found this vid, you mentioned something about them going to your church! :-D
ReplyDeleteHmmm, it doesn't surprise me that there was a woman involved in helping them get it together. . . ;-)
