Lauren - no, I don't, unfortunately! The N&S soundtrack hasn't been released, but someone managed to extract most of the music from the movie minus the dialogue and background noise - you can listen to it on places like Youtube.
I'm happy to report that I've found the theme for North and South available for download at Amazon. It's part of a "best of TV" collection but $.89 buys just the theme if you wish.

Quick addendum - this is the tune, but it is synthesized, so not as pure sounding as the original. But for $.89 I guess I can't complain too much...
